  We bill according to ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS Codes and HIPPA guidelines and track every stage of the billing process, keeping you informed of the progress. All billing is submitted within three days of receiving the claim.
   
• Electronic Claims Processing
  We use NDCMedisoft Patient Accounting Software to manage our provider's data, and electronic claim submission to process our claims in a 10-14 day period. In addition, we offer a overnight delivery service for Superbills at no additional charge.
   
• Electronic Payment Processing
  Payments are downloaded directly into our system software from the major insurance carriers. This provides for accurate and efficient payment processing.
   
• Patient Billing
  We bill patients for co-pays, deductibles, unclaimed amounts, and co-insurances.
   
• Reimbursement
  Our reimbursement procedure includes accounts receivable follow-up and denied claims appeal. Our office will use your fee schedule to ensure correct reimbursement. We offer collection services for accounts that are 90 days past due.
   
• Reports
  We provide comprehensive monthly and/or weekly reports that include a summary of charges, receipts, adjustments, and refunds by doctor and/or payer and/or practice location.
